Admission Alert: NITTTR Chandigarh ME Programs 2025
The National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Chandigarh, a Deemed to be University under Distinct Category, invites applications for admission to its Master of Engineering (M.E.) Regular Programmes for the academic year 2025–26. These are industry-oriented, practice-based programmes conducted in evening hours to benefit working professionals and aspiring teachers.

Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech. Degree in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks (relaxation as per GoI norms)
- 1 year of work experience required for professionals (2 years for AMIE); however, fresh graduates can also apply
- Preference is given in the following order:
- Sponsored Teachers/Technical Staff/Officials
- Working Industry Professionals
- QIP Scheme Candidates
- Fresh Graduates (with or without valid GATE score)

Evaluation and Curriculum
- Credit-based system with continuous evaluation + end-semester exams
- Programme includes: labs, thesis, projects, industry visits, expert lectures
- Final thesis based on real-world industry or educational problems
- Minimum 80 earned credits required for degree
- Degree with Honours awarded for CGPA ≥ 8.5
