APEAPCET 2025 First Phase Web Counseling Process
Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) invites qualified and eligible candidates of APEAPCET 2025 (M.P.C. Stream) to participate in the First Phase of Web Counseling for admission into B.E/B.Tech/Pharmacy courses offered by University and Private Engineering/Pharmacy Colleges and Private Universities under Convenor quota in the state of Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2025–26.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have passed Intermediate / CBSE / ICSE / National Open School / APOSS with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- Minimum marks required:
- 45% (OC)
- 40% (BC/SC/ST)
- Must be an Indian national.
- Must meet Local/Non-Local status requirements as per G.O.Ms.No.20 (12-05-2025).
- 85% of seats are reserved for local candidates of Andhra Pradesh; 15% are unreserved.
- Minimum age:
- 16 years (for Engineering & Pharmacy)
- 17 years (for Pharm.D) as on 31-12-2025
- Maximum age for tuition fee reimbursement:
- 25 years (OC)
- 29 years (others) as on 01-07-2025

Reservation Categories
- EWS (Economically Weaker Sections): 10% reservation upon valid EWS certificate (2025–26).
- SC Sub-Classification: Applicable as per G.O.Ms.No.07 (18-04-2025).
- Special Categories (Verification at Govt. Polytechnic, Vijayawada):
- PWD, CAP, NCC, Sports & Games, Scouts & Guides, Anglo-Indian
- Verification Dates: 12-07-2025 to 16-07-2025 (Category-wise schedule in document)
Certificate Verification Process
- Case 1: Auto-verified via web services → Pay fee & proceed to option entry
- Case 2: Verified but changes required → Upload documents online
- Case 3: Not verified online → Upload required certificates
- Case 4 (Special Categories): Must upload online and attend physical verification
Certificates Required:
- APEAPCET-2025 Rank Card & Hall Ticket
- Intermediate/10+2 Marks Memo
- SSC/Date of Birth Proof
- Study Certificates (Class VI to Intermediate)
- Transfer Certificate
- EWS, Caste, Income, and Residence Certificates (as applicable)
- Ration Card or White Card (for tuition fee reimbursement)
- Local Status Certificate (for migrated candidates from Telangana)

- Visit: https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in
- Download list of available colleges/branches
- Prepare choices manually before entering online
- Keep mobile active for OTP and updates
- Do not share OTP with anyone
- Log out securely after exercising options
Seat Allotment & Reporting
- Allotment based on rank, category, and options
- Allotment result available on 22-07-2025 (after 6 PM)
- Candidates must:
- Self-report online
- Physically report at allotted college
- Failure to do both will cancel the seat
