M.Tech. (GATE/Non-GATE) Odd Semester Admissions 2025
ABV-IIITM Gwalior invites applications for Institute-level admission to M.Tech. programs (Odd Semester 2025–26) against vacant/supernumerary seats after CCMT counselling. Applications are invited for both GATE-qualified and Non-GATE candidates.

- M.Tech. in Information and Cyber Security
- Department of Information Technology
- M.Tech. in Information Technology
- M.Tech. in Wireless Networks and Computing
- Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- M.Tech. in IC Design and Technology
- M.Tech. in Autonomous Systems and Machine Intelligence
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with:
- Minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA for Gen/EWS/OBC-NCL
- Minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD
- Must have passed Mathematics at 10+2 level
- Final year candidates may apply if they meet the above till pre-final semester and have no backlogs
- Valid GATE score preferred, but non-GATE candidates are also eligible (subject to written test)
Selection Process
- GATE-qualified candidates: Admission based on GATE score and merit
- Non-GATE candidates: Must appear for written test (MCQ format), covering topics from GATE CS, IT, EC, and basic mathematics
- Selection based on written exam + academic records
- Physical presence on admission day is mandatory
- Document verification on the day of admission
