Fellowship Notice: Punjab Good Governance Fellowship 2025
About the Programme
The Punjab Good Governance Fellowship Programme is a strategic initiative of the Government of Punjab aimed at infusing fresh talent into the public administration ecosystem. The goal is to strengthen governance systems, promote evidence-based policymaking, and improve the implementation of key development programs. The fellowship encourages participation from young and mid-career professionals passionate about public service and reform.
Fellows will be placed in departments across Punjab and Chandigarh, working directly with government officials at both state and district levels. They will provide high-impact strategic and operational support in critical areas, while also gaining hands-on exposure and structured training.
The Indian School of Business (ISB) is the knowledge partner and will facilitate the recruitment, training, and professional development of the fellows. Fellows will be officially engaged by the Government of Punjab under its prescribed terms.

Eligibility
- Must be a Postgraduate with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, or a graduate with at least 4 years of professional experience
- Age between 18 to 35 years
- Strong motivation to contribute to public service and tackle governance challenges
