What is C-DAC ?

The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC), an initiative of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, is India’s apex organization for R&D in advanced computing and cybersecurity training. Eligibility

Candidates must have completed:

  • Final-year students can apply conditionally, subject to completing degree before course start

Approximate Course Fee

Rs. 90,000 – Rs. 1,10,000 (may vary slightly by training centre and session).

Admission Cycle

PG-DCSF is offered twice a year, typically in February and August, through the national-level C-DAC C-CAT entrance exam.

Selection & Admission Process

  • Register and appear for C-CAT
  • Choose PG-DCSF and preferred centres
  • Seat allocation based on C-CAT rank
  • Fee payment in two instalments post-confirmation

Placement Support

C-DAC provides centralised placement assistance. PG-DCSF graduates work in cyber forensics labs, CERT teams, cybersecurity operations centres (SOCs), and digital risk firms.
