Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) is a premier institution under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, recognized as an Institute of National Importance. The institute offers research-driven, public policy-oriented and practice-based postgraduate education. The programs are conducted at its main campus in Sriperumbudur and regional campus in Chandigarh.
About the PG Programmes
RGNIYD offers two-year (four semesters) full-time postgraduate programs with a focus on experiential learning, practical fieldwork, and research. Students have the opportunity to undertake six-month projects at reputed national/international organizations or corporates during the final semester.

Admission Process
- Admission is through a Common University Entrance Test comprising 50 MCQs and 50 Subjective Questions, followed by an interview.
- Spot Admission Date: 31st July 2025
- Reporting Time: 8:00 AM
- Entrance Test: 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM

- Guwahati University
- Result and Interviews: Same day
- Admission Confirmation: From 5:30 PM onwards based on merit
- Online Application Deadline: 27th July 2025 at www.rgniyd.gov.in
