Symbiosis BA LLB (Hons) Admission, Fess, Last Dates
SLAT 2026
The Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) 2026 will be conducted in computer-based test mode. Candidates must appear for SLAT as the first step of the admission process for all undergraduate law programmes offered at SLS Pune.
Registration
SLAT (CBT) will be conducted on December 20, 2025 and December 28, 2025 for the academic year 2026–2027. Applicants may choose one or both test dates while filling the application form.
Important Dates
Candidates may appear for SLAT on both dates (December 20 and December 28, 2025). If a candidate appears for both tests, the higher score will be considered for preparing the final percentile. There will be no normalisation of scores.
Mandatory Requirement
It is compulsory to register and pay for both SLAT and SLS Pune. Candidates who register only for SLAT but do not complete the SLS Pune registration will not be eligible for the subsequent PI rounds.
Registration Form
Candidates must complete the SLS Pune registration by paying Rs. 1000 per programme (BBA LLB (Hons) / BA LLB (Hons) / B Com LLB (Hons)) at the time of filling the SLAT registration form.
Registration Fee
SLAT registration fee is Rs. 2250.
Eligibility FOR Symbiosis BA LLB (Hons) Course
Candidates must have passed Class XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognised board with at least 45 percent marks, or 40 percent marks for SC/ST candidates. Students appearing for Class XII final exams may also apply, subject to submission of a passing certificate at the time of final admission.
Total Intake
Total intake is 420 seats: 180 seats for BBA LLB (Hons), 120 seats for BA LLB (Hons) and 120 seats for B Com LLB (Hons). Separate merit lists will be released for each programme. Candidates must indicate clearly the programme(s) they wish to apply for and may apply for one or more programmes.
Important Note
Programme choice depends on the applicant’s interest and ability. The BA LLB (Hons) and BBA LLB (Hons) programmes differ only in their first-degree components (Humanities or Business Administration). The law curriculum remains the same in both. Graduates from all streams can pursue careers in corporate law, litigation, civil services, judiciary, advocacy, academics, international organisations and related fields.
