About the IBPS PO 2025 Recruitment
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) invites applications for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP PO/MT-XV) for the selection of Probationary Officers/Management Trainees in participating public sector banks across India. This process will include Online Preliminary & Main Examinations, Personality Test, and Interview, leading to Provisional Allotment for the 2026–27 vacancies.

Eligibility
1. Nationality/Citizenship
Candidate must be either:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee (before 1 Jan 1962), or
- A person of Indian origin migrated from select countries (with eligibility certificate from GoI).
2. Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025)
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 30 years
- DOB Range: 02.07.1995 to 01.07.2005 (both dates inclusive)
- Relaxations: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC (Non-creamy) – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs, etc.
3. Educational Qualification (as on 21.07.2025)
- Graduation in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. of India.
- Must possess degree/mark sheet by 21 July 2025.
- CGPA/OGPA must be converted to percentage as per university norms.
4. Credit History Requirement
- Candidates must have a healthy credit history. No pending adverse credit issues at the time of joining.

C. Personality Test
- Non-qualifying, but mandatory for interview eligibility.
D. Interview
- Conducted by Participating Banks.
- Weightage: Main Exam (80%) + Interview (20%)
- Minimum qualifying marks: 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
Final Selection and Allotment
- Provisional allotment will be based on final merit (Main + Interview) and preferences.
- Allotment subject to eligibility verification by Participating Banks.
- Reserve list (~20%) may be maintained for additional vacancies.

- Complete New Registration and obtain login credentials.
- Upload required documents: photo, signature, thumb impression, handwritten declaration, educational documents.
- Make online payment via debit/credit card, net banking, UPI.
- Save and print e-receipt and application for future reference.
Important Notes
- Mobile number and email ID must be valid till the end of recruitment process.
- Document verification will be done strictly as per notification.
- Candidates must retain at least 8 passport-size photos as uploaded.
- PwBD candidates must follow guidelines for use of scribes and compensatory time.
