Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), established in 2013 by Govt. of NCT of Delhi, is India’s first women’s technical university offering cutting-edge programs in Engineering, Architecture, Applied Sciences, and Management. ABOUT THE BBA PROGRAM
The BBA program at IGDTUW is a four-year, eight-semester undergraduate course (with multiple entry/exit options) designed to prepare future women leaders in business. The program offers specializations in:

- Marketing
- Business Analytics
- International Business
- Human Resource Management
- Information Technology
- Knowledge Management
- Operations & Supply Chain Management
The curriculum emphasizes analytical and critical thinking, entrepreneurship, and real-world problem-solving through internships, case-based pedagogy, industry engagement, and project work.
COURSE STRUCTURE
The BBA curriculum includes:
- Departmental Core Courses (DCC)
- Allied Management Courses (AMC)
- Departmental Elective Courses (DEC)
- Generic Open Elective Courses (GEC)
Special emphasis is placed on digital marketing, CEO meets, case study analysis, and entrepreneurial development.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Only female candidates are eligible.
- Must have secured minimum 50% marks in Class 12 from a recognized board.
- Must have passed English (Core/Elective/Functional) in Class 12.
Relaxation in minimum marks:
- OBC-NCL / Defence: 5%
- SC / ST / PwD: 10%
INTAKE & RESERVATION
- Total Seats: 75 + 1 supernumerary seat for Kashmiri Migrant
- Seat Distribution: 85% Delhi Region, 15% Outside Delhi
- Reservation as per Govt. norms: SC (15%), ST (7.5%), OBC-NCL (27%), EWS (10%), CW & PwD (5% each horizontal)
SELECTION CRITERIA
Admissions will be based on CUET UG 2025 scores in:
- English (Code 101) – 25% weightage
- General Aptitude Test (Code 501) – 75% weightage
In case of tie, following tie-breaking rules will apply in order:
- Higher score in General Aptitude Test
- Older age
- Higher Class 12 English score
- Random number
Candidates must appear for both the above CUET UG 2025 tests to be eligible.

COUNSELLING & ADMISSION FEE
- Seat Allotment: Based on CUET merit, candidate choices, and availability
- Seat Acceptance Fee: ₹1,00,000/- (adjustable in tuition) to be paid post allotment
- Balance fee to be paid at the time of academic registration

Students undertake internships in reputed organizations such as KPMG, Siemens, HDFC AMC, Penguin Random House, JLL, Liberty Shoes, and various government bodies. Strong industry linkages and support from Anveshan Foundation aid in startup incubation, experiential learning, and placements.
