Eligibility
- Passed 10+2 (HSC) or equivalent with at least 50% marks
(5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates as per Govt. norms) - Medium of instruction: English
Admission Pathways
Through IITE i3T Entrance Test
- Register on GCAS Portal: https://gcas.gujgov.edu.in (9–18 May 2025)
- Register on IITE Portal for i3T & pay exam fee: www.iite.ac.in (12–20 May 2025)
- i3T Exam Date: 23 May 2025 (Online, proctored)
- i3T Fee: ₹500 (General) | ₹350 (SC/ST)
Through CUET-UG Score
- Exempt from i3T if CUET-UG score is ≥50%
- Must register on GCAS and IITE portals with CUET details
i3T Exam Structure
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Total Marks: 120
- Sections:
- General Knowledge & Current Affairs – 15
- Numerical Ability & Reasoning – 25
- Communication Skills & English – 15
- ICT/eLearning – 15
- Teaching Aptitude – 30
- Subject Content (upto 8th Std.) – 20
- Qualifying Marks: Minimum 50% (i.e., 60/120)

Scholarships
- Top 5% students (based on i3T score ≥75%) will receive a tuition fee waiver for two semesters.
- Continuation based on O+ grade in both semesters.
Reservation and Seat Allocation
- Category A: 90% seats for Gujarat state students (via GCAS)
- Category B: 10% for out-of-state students & CUET-UG applicants
- Reservations as per Govt. of Gujarat norms:
- SC: 7%, ST: 15%, SEBC: 27%, EWS: 10%, PwD: 5%
