Admission Notice: MP Bhoj Open Univ M.Ed Special Education 2025-28 (Distance Learning)
Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University, Bhopal (RCI Recognized)
Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University invites online applications for admission to the M.Ed. (Special Education) distance learning program (2.5 years) for the academic session 2025–2028. The programme is recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and is designed for candidates with a background in education and special education.
Eligibility
Candidates must fulfill any one of the following conditions:
(a) Graduation or post-graduation with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (General) with an RCI-approved one-year Diploma in Special Education in the following categories:
- Visual Impairment (VI)
- Hearing Impairment (HI)
- Intellectual Disability (ID)
- Learning Disability (LD)
(b) Candidates who have completed D.Ed. (Special Education – VI/HI/LD) with 50% marks and also passed any graduation or post-graduation.
(c) Candidates with a B.Ed. (Special Education – VI/HI/LD/ID) diploma/degree under RCI recognition (academic year 2014–15 onwards).
(d) B.El.Ed., D.El.Ed., B.A./B.Sc.-B.Ed., B.Com.-B.Ed. (4-year Integrated Course) degree holders are also eligible.
(e) Candidates must possess an RCI registration certificate along with eligibility.

- Mode of Entrance Test: Online (CBT – SD100, Without Isolation)
- Entrance Exam Date: 10 June 2025 (Tuesday) from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM
