Eligibility Criteria (Full-Time Regular)

| Engineering/Technology | Master’s degree in relevant discipline with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA |
| Direct Ph.D. | B.Tech/BE/BS from CFTI with ≥8.5 CGPA + valid GATE |
| Sciences | M.Sc./M.Tech. with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA + valid GATE/NET |
| Humanities/Management | MA/MBA/M.Com./equivalent with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA + UGC-NET |
Relaxation of 5% marks or 0.5 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
Institute Fellowship / Financial Assistance
- Fellowship available for eligible full-time candidates with valid GATE/NET/UGC-NET/JRF scores.
- Teaching assistantship as per MHRD norms.
- No fellowship for Part-Time, Self-Sponsored, or Sponsored categories.
