Eligibility
Candidates must hold a degree in a relevant discipline such as ECE, CSE, EIE, EEE, Mechanical, or related branches. Eligibility is based on one of the following:

| B.Tech./B.E. (Direct Ph.D. route) | ≥8.5 CGPA or 80%, plus valid GATE score (waived for IIT/NIT/CFTI grads with ≥8.5 CGPA) |
