Applications are invited online from eligible candidates for admission into Undergraduate (UG) Courses at OUAT for the academic session 2025-26. Candidates must visit the OUAT website (www.ouat.ac.in) or lokaseba-odisha.in for detailed instructions, eligibility criteria, and to submit their Application Form-A online.
Important Details:
- Application Submission:
- Online submission of Form-A: March 18, 2025, to April 24, 2025
- Payment of application fee (₹1400) via Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have passed +2 Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology as compulsory subjects.
- Choice of Mathematics or Biology in Form-A is mandatory.
- Refer to Clause No. 4.2 of the UG Prospectus 2025-26 for detailed eligibility.
- Submission of Form-B (Mandatory for Admission):
- Form-B must be filled online at www.ouat.ac.in or lokaseba-odisha.in after submitting Form-A.
- Submission of Form-B is from May 18, 2025, to June 15, 2025.
- Hard copies or requests for submission after the deadline will not be accepted.

- Availability of UG Prospectus: March 18, 2025
- Online Application (Form-A) Submission: March 18, 2025 – April 24, 2025
- Entrance Examination (OUAT UG 2025):
- Date: June 2, 2025, & June 3, 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Exam Mode: Offline
- Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology
- Admit Card Download: May 15, 2025 – June 1, 2025
- Form-B Submission (Final Step for Admission): May 18, 2025 – June 15, 2025
Application Fee Payment & Submission:
- Fees should be paid online only (No offline payments accepted).
- After payment, candidates must download and keep a copy of the Application Receipt.
