Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council (BRIC) – Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB), Thiruvananthapuram, invites online applications for admission to its two-year MSc Biotechnology program for the academic year 2025–26. Affiliated with the Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB), Faridabad—an Institution of National Importance under the auspices of UNESCO—this program provides a multidisciplinary, research-driven curriculum with focus on Disease Biology, Genetic Engineering, and Molecular Diagnostics & DNA Profiling.
Students admitted to this program will be eligible for the RGCB–DBT Master’s Stipend of ₹6000 per month during the first year and ₹8000 per month during the second year.

Eligibility
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Science, Engineering, or Medicine with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent GPA.
- Final-year undergraduate students may apply but must produce proof of required marks during admission.
- Selection will be based on the candidate’s GAT-B score and rank, with cut-off marks determined by RGCB.
- A relaxation of 5% in marks will be applicable for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PWD categories.
- All candidates must have a valid GAT-B score.
