Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course under Management Quota and unfulfilled seats at NTI, Ispat General Hospital, Rourkela, for the academic session 2025-26.
Eligibility Criteria & Application Process
- Eligibility: As per the Prospectus for Nursing Admissions 2025-26 issued by Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Odisha.
- Application: Interested candidates must apply online via:

- Deadline for Online Application: 15 July 2025
- Offline Submission: A printed copy of the submitted online application along with copies of uploaded documents must be submitted to:

before the start of the online choice-locking process.

Selection and Seat Allotment
- Basis of Selection: Merit list issued by Central Counseling Committee, Govt. of Odisha.
- Priority: First preference is given to dependents of Rourkela Steel Plant employees (including Odisha Group of Mines) holding valid Medical Treatment Books (MTB).
- Vacant Seats: Remaining seats after RSP dependents’ admissions will be allotted to other eligible applicants.
- Reservation: As per DMET, Odisha guidelines for 2025-26.
- Fees and Stipend: Same as applicable to candidates admitted through regular counseling.
