Indian Culinary Institute (ICI), under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, invites applications for the BBA in Culinary Arts programme for the academic year 2025–28. This three-year full-time program is offered in collaboration with IGNTU and is conducted at ICI’s campuses in Tirupati and Noida.
Programme Overview
The BBA in Culinary Arts is a six-semester program designed to prepare students for leadership roles in the culinary and hospitality sectors. The curriculum combines hands-on kitchen training, food production, hygiene standards, kitchen management, and entrepreneurial skills to develop professional chefs and culinary specialists.
Eligibility
- Pass in 10+2 (or equivalent) with minimum:
- 45% marks for General and OBC candidates
- 40% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates
- Valid score in IGNTU-ICI JEE (UG) 2025 or CUET (UG) 2025
- Candidates awaiting 10+2 results may apply, but proof of qualification must be submitted by 30 September 2025
Seat Reservation for BBA Culinary Arts Admission 2025
5% of total seats are reserved for PwD. Hostel facility available on first-come, first-served basis.
