The Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) invites online applications for admission to the BRIC-THSTI – JNU Ph.D. Program for the academic year 2025-26 (Monsoon Session).

Ph.D. Eligibility
For domains: Medical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Information Sciences
- Category-I NET candidates with valid national-level fellowship (CSIR, ICMR, UGC, DBT) for 5 years
OR - SRF of 3 years (extendable to 5 years)
For domains: Chemistry and Mathematics
- Category-I NET with national-level fellowship (CSIR, ICMR, UGC, DBT, NBHM)
OR - SRF of 3 years (extendable to 5 years)
OR - Category-II or Category-III UGC-NET candidates
Note: Fellowship must be valid for at least 4 months from the last date of application.

Candidates must upload fellowship scorecards during application. Reserved category candidates must provide relevant certificates. Final selection depends on suitability.
Selection Procedure
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview at THSTI, NCR-BSC, 3rd Milestone, Faridabad-Gurgaon Expressway, Faridabad – 121001
- Final selection based on interview performance
- List of selected candidates will be uploaded on THSTI website
General Terms & Conditions
BRIC THSTI JNU Ph.D Program 2025-26
- Final year PG students may apply, but must produce final marksheet at the time of interview
- Reservation policy as per GoI norms
- Program governed by JNU Ph.D. rules
- Ph.D. coursework of two semesters is mandatory before registration
- All applicable JNU fees shall be paid by the student
- Shared hostel accommodation may be opted in lieu of HRA
