Eligibility
- Master’s degree (1-year after 4-year UG or 2-year after 3-year UG) with at least 55% marks
(or 75% for 4-year UG without Master’s). - M.Phil. degree holders with 55% marks are also eligible.
- Relaxation of 5% in qualifying marks for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/EWS/PwD categories.
- NET/JRF-qualified candidates are exempt from the entrance test but must register for the interview.

Visvesvaraya Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme (Phase II) @ DAVV
Available in Electronics & IT-related subjects:
- 2 Full-Time Fellowships: ₹38,750–43,750/month + ₹1.2L/yr contingency + ₹1.5L international conference grant
- 1 Part-Time Fellowship: ₹3L one-time post-completion incentive
- Must be admitted via DET 2025.
