Eligibility
Medical Qualification: MBBS/MDS/MD/MS/DNB/Master of Physiotherapy with 55% aggregate from MCI-recognized institutions.
Non-Medical: M.Sc./MA/M.Tech/M.V.Sc. with 60% in disciplines allied to medical sciences (e.g., Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Anthropology, etc.).
Social Behavioural Sciences: MA/M.Sc./M.Phil in fields like Psychology, Sociology, Nursing, Nutrition, Law (LLM), Public Health, etc., with 60%.
Ph.D. Nursing: M.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences/Laboratory Medicine or M.Sc. Nursing with 60%.
Admission Categories
- Candidates with own fellowships (ICMR, DBT, CSIR, etc.)
- Research scheme employees supported by extramural projects
- In-service AIIMS Jodhpur employees (subject to criteria like 2 years of service, NOC, publication record)
Selection Procedure
Stage I: Written Test (1.5 hours)
- Part 1: 50 MCQs on Research Methodology, Biostatistics, Basic Sciences (50 marks)
- Part 2: Statement of Purpose (30 minutes) – not scored
Stage II: Interview
- Only candidates scoring 50th percentile or above in Stage I will be called
- Maximum 3 candidates per seat under each guide
