Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES), under the Department of Technical Education, invites online applications for admission to B.E./B.Tech. (Regular and Lateral Entry) and B.Arch. programs for the academic session 2025–26 in University Departments, Government, and Private Self-Financing Technical Institutions located in the State of Haryana.
Programs Offered and Admission Basis

| B.Tech. (Lateral Entry) | Passed 3-year Diploma in Engineering/Technology OR B.Sc. degree. Admission based on LEET 2025 entrance exam conducted by HSTES. |
| B.Arch. | 10+2 with Physics & Mathematics + one subject from list OR 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics. Minimum 45%. Admission based on NATA 2025 (or equivalent COA-approved test) + 10+2 marks (50:50 weightage). |
B.Tech. (Lateral Entry) Admissions 2025–26
Admissions are open for direct entry into 2nd year (3rd semester) of B.E./B.Tech. under Lateral Entry Scheme for the academic session 2025–26.
Eligibility:
- Candidates must have passed a 3-year Diploma in Engineering/Technology or equivalent from a recognized institute.
- A separate online entrance test (LEET 2025) will be conducted.
- Admission will be based on inter-se merit in the entrance exam and choice filling during counseling.
LEET 2025: Online Entrance Test Scheme
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Total Questions: 90 multiple-choice questions
- Marking: 1 mark per question, no negative marking

Important Notes
- No printed forms will be accepted.
- Counseling will be conducted for 100% seats in Govt. institutions and 75% in private institutions; remaining 25% (including NRI) to be filled at institute level.
- Admission to Lateral Entry (LEET) is open to candidates from all diploma backgrounds and will be branch-independent based on merit and seat availability.
